A catalogue with registration numbers

Every product and biocide is in your catalogue once. A technician can add a product at the door; the office checks the price later.

• Registration number: a Ctgb number or an NL number
• Active substance and concentration, shown on the report
• Unit, price and VAT rate
• For a biocide: after how many days it has to be removed

Per visit: what was used

On the visit you pick the product and record how much was used and where.

• Quantity per line
• Batch number and dose, when you want to record them (e.g. 25 ml per m²)
• Where: the whole site, a station or a place in words
• The product is copied onto the visit: an old report does not change when you edit the catalogue

Removal date and pick-up visit

A pest control product brings its removal period and books its own visit to collect it. You can bring that date forward. The assistant tells you which products need collecting this month.

Report and logbook for the client

After the visit the client gets a report of what was done and found, the products used with registration number and removal date, and your recommendations. Each site has a logbook per checkpoint with the product log underneath, also as a PDF for the client's file.

A warning for the same rat poison

Mark a product as a rodenticide and choose after how many weeks you want a warning. When the same rodenticide stays at one site too long in a row, the technician sees a warning and the report mentions it. Saving always goes ahead.

Works without signal

In a cellar or a shed the signal sometimes drops. You fill in the visit anyway; the app sends the lines, photos and signature as soon as there is a connection again.
