You inspect. The AI writes the report. And runs your back office.

The AI writes down what your technician found: findings, risks and measures, in one report the client understands at once. After that the rest runs on without you: the quote, the invoice, and the reminder you would otherwise have sent yourself. Products, margin and wording you decide yourself.

How it works

Four steps. From finding to a signed visit.

  1. 1

    The technician inspects

Checkpoints, photos and findings on the tablet.

  2. 2

    The AI writes the analysis

Risks and measures, out of those findings.

  3. 3

    The office finishes the quote

Products, margin and wording stay yours.

  4. 4

    Accepted, then the door

The client accepts from the mail; the visit is what gets signed.

Quotes, with AI

The same visit, two ways of working.

  1. Writing up photos and notes at night

A working day

From 07:30 to 17:30, step by step

Marieke plans and invoices from the office. Jan drives. This is what the app does at every point of their day.

  1. Marieke at her desk, an incoming email beside her laptop.
    07:30OfficeMarieke · the office

    The mailbox comes in

Among the overnight mail is a message about mice in a bakery’s storeroom.

    In the app

The connected mailbox turns every incoming mail into an enquiry, with the pest it recognised and the client already matched on email address or phone number.

  2. Jan with his tablet beside the company van.
07:50In the fieldJan · in the van

    The day is ready

Jan starts his tablet in the car park and looks at what he is driving today.

    In the app

Today shows only his own visits, each with a Start button; "I’m on my way" mails the client and records that it went, so the same message never goes twice.

  3. Marieke placing an appointment on a week grid on a large screen.
    08:15OfficeMarieke · the office

From enquiry to a time in the diary

The bakery has to be fitted in this week, so Marieke looks for a gap.

    In the app

The planner proposes times with the reason on the card: the driving time between two addresses, that day’s route and the site’s treatment hours. Nothing outside those hours is offered.

  4. Jan kneeling at a bait station, with his toolbox and tablet.
08:45In the fieldJan · on site

    The round along the checkpoints

The stations are spread over the ground floor and the cellar, and downstairs there is no signal.

    In the app

Checkpoints are listed in walking order rather than by severity, and status, consumption, species and photos go into the queue and land exactly once when the signal returns, even if the tablet dies in between.

  5. Jan writing on his tablet in the doorway of a building.
09:40In the fieldJan · on site

What was found, and what it means

A few stations show feeding. Jan has to explain what that means, in plain language.

    In the app

The findings are derived from the checkpoints and the AI writes the risks and recommendations alongside them; nothing reaches the report until Jan accepts it, and dismissing a HIGH risk costs a reason that stays in the record.

  6. Jan holding out his tablet while a client signs with a finger.
10:15In the fieldJan · at the door

    Signing for what was done

The branch manager has two minutes and wants to know what he is signing for.

    In the app

The tablet turns round with a summary in the client’s own language: what was done and found, and no price. If nobody is there to sign, the app records why and how Jan got in, and that goes into the report.

  7. An invoice with coins and a payment card beside it.
10:35In the fieldJan · in the van

Report, invoice and the next visit

Before Jan drives off, the paperwork for this visit is finished.

    In the app

The report goes out as a PDF straight away. Jan decides on the spot whether this visit is billed, with the contract rate as the starting price and the catalogue figure beside it. Cash at the door simply queues when there is no signal.

  8. A tablet with a quote document beside it, and sparkles standing for the AI.
    11:30OfficeMarieke · the office

    The quote for the bakery

This morning’s enquiry needs a price first, not a visit.

    In the app

The offer wizard runs from client to review in ten steps; the AI writes the risks and the measures out of the pest details, and Marieke decides the products, the margin and the wording.

  9. Marieke holding up a document and a phone with a green tick on it.
    14:15OfficeMarieke · the office

    The client accepts

The baker clicks accept in the mail and asks whether it can be done before the weekend.

    In the app

The acceptance link needs no account and no login; an acceptance immediately raises a "book the visit" task with the client’s note on it, and the accepted prices travel through to the first visit.

  10. Marieke beside a stack of invoices with a bell above them.
    17:30OfficeMarieke · the office

    Nothing is left lying

Before she closes up, Marieke looks at what did not come in today.

    In the app

The money list puts seven stages under one another, from report not sent through to overdue and disputed, each with an amount and how long it has been sitting. Marieke sends the last invoice, and the reminder for the overdue one goes out by itself tonight.

In a one-person business Marieke and Jan are the same person. The same app and the same screens: what somebody may do follows their role, never the device in their hand.
